How do we chart a course through an ever-changing media landscape?

The Oxford Dictionary defines navigation as “the skill or process of planning a route for a ship or other vehicle and taking it there.” In our world, we may not be steering ships, but we are constantly plotting routes. For our brands, our consumers, our teams and our organizations.
