We are actively recruiting for the following positions ... Assistant Project Manager / Qualitative & Quantitative Assistant Research Manager

This position is to serve as an Assistant Project Manager for our Q2 platform. Q2 is a combined qualitative / quantitative platform that gathers real-time text-based feedback from a large number of participants during a 90-minute session. The candidate chosen for this position will assist in managing multiple projects on a variety of corporate and political topics.

- A Day in the Life as a Q2 Assistant Project Manager -
The primary duty of the Assistant Project Manager is to shadow and support Q2 Project Managers as they execute all phases of a Q2 project from beginning to end. This is a growth position with the expectation that, over time, the Assistant Project Manager will grow into the role of a Project Manager in charge of his/her own projects.

As an Assistant Project Manager, your role will be to perform tasks such as initial screener programming, assisting in the recruit process, and helping to prepare the post-session topline transcript.

A typical day might be spent reviewing open-ended responses and alerting the Project Manager that you recommend cancelling three participants due to inarticulate responses, reviewing fifteen one-minute video clips from the previous evenings Q2 session to ensure the accuracy of the auto-transcription, bug-testing to verify that our software engineers fixed an issue one of your colleagues noted earlier in the week, and then observing a Q2 session to familiarize yourself with the platform.

- Qualifications to be a successful Q2 Project Manager -
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual who loves research and technology. The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods (course work or internship)
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently (with supervision), prioritize and multitask
Ability to work approximately 2-4 evenings per month observing Q2 sessions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Statistical software knowledge (SPSS), preferred
