Position Overview
The Business Manager will play a critical role in shaping Havi AI's growth strategy and business operations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, partnership management, and execution capability. You will work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI market developments.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, agencies, educational institutions, and enterprise clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial opportunities.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen Havi AI's market position.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Track key business metrics, KPIs, and revenue performance.
- Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and monetization opportunities.
- Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.
- Coordinate business initiatives across departments.
- Support product launch planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and execution plans.
Operational Excellence
- Improve internal processes and workflows.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Establish scalable systems to support company growth.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business management, business development, operations, strategy, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in SaaS, AI, technology, or startup environments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, product growth, or customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
