Client Relationship Manager

Salary: $110,000–$130,000

This role will be instrumental in enriching account relationships, bringing in new logos, and ensuring revenue targets are hit. New Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Client Relationship to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to implement across assigned portfolio of new logos.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring brand relevance and competitive advantage.

Account Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships within an assigned portfolio, utilizing excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to creating territory and account-level business plans specific to the assigned portfolio.
  • Assist the Sr. Director, Client Relationship in networking throughout assigned accounts, identifying new champions and additional revenue streams.
  • Utilize successful and proven sales processes and tools to facilitate effective and successful client relationships.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional sales results against targets.
  • Effectively utilize Curion's sales enablement programs such as Hubspot, Avoma, and Sales Navigator.
  • Support revenue forecasting for all existing accounts by working closely with Sales & Financial analysts.
  • Contribute to creating and/or monitoring the estimation process for all projects and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience and or sales opps
  • Knowledge of primary market research methodologies is strongly preferred
  • Highly polished, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM experience required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
  • Strong account management and business development background, with proven financial success in expanding client relationships and maximizing account potential
