Client Service Manager

American Directions Research Group, Inc.  | Washington, DC, US

Fully Remote, (Remote in US)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000
$65k Annual Salary + Incentive Compensation


ADRG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Manager (CSM) to oversee client projects from point of sale through final invoicing. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality execution, exceptional client service, and strong financial performance across multiple simultaneous projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish conditions for successful project execution for both the company and the client.
  • Ensure all required project materials are received on time.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards across all projects.
  • Procure samples and perform supplemental sample processing, ensuring accurate documentation.  
  • Owning the full scope of the project, anticipating risks, and ensuring all elements are aligned for success.
  • Monitor project progress and provide Operations with constructive feedback.
  • Lead troubleshooting and corrective action for problem projects.
  • Validate and verify client deliverables, including data files and reports.
  • Coordinate with external partners for required services.
  • Identify out-of-spec project needs and collaborate with Sales on rebidding and updated pricing.
  • Provide detailed billing instructions to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Ensure assigned projects meet financial goals and performance requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research operations, project management, or a related field.

  • Call center experience
  • Sampling management
  • Quote work
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Multitasking across complex workflows
  • Familiarity with research methodology
  • Strong client relations experience

Other Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Availability for occasional on-call, evening, or weekend work.
  • Ability to support projects across multiple U.S. time zones.
