Consumer Database Marketing & Recruitment Lead

We are looking for a talented recruiting professional skilled in identifying creative solutions for reaching consumers interested in participating in market research. This role will support the growth of our respondent database through outreach, recruiting, and digital marketing.
This entry-level position requires a tech-savvy professional with a creative mindset focused on developing dynamic solutions to reach consumers in order to grow MarketVision’s databases for quantitative and qualitative studies.
Primary functions include identifying opportunities in the Cincinnati and Cleveland areas for online and in-person research recruitment and coordinating such efforts. This role requires (percentage%) travel.
Other functions include collaborating with other teams as needed; managing daily and weekly tasks effectively.
This is a full-time salaried position to be based either in our suburban Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office (or another location?). *Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Strategic Communication, or related subject required
*Intermediate-to-expert knowledge and comfort in using social media for recruiting efforts (Facebook, Chat Rooms, Instagram)
*Effective communication skills, both verbally & written. Comfortable speaking with others in person and online
*Collaborative mindset and able to work across teams
*Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude, self-starter
*Ability to work independently and meet goals and timelines
*Detail oriented, able to multi-task effectively
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Experience with visual tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite a plus
