We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead and scale our demand generation programs across multiple channels. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving qualified pipeline and fueling growth. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects across the buyer journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute email marketing campaigns—internally and with key vendors
  • Manage KPI performance, including open rates
  • Drive demand and lead generation campaigns across 8+ platforms, leveraging both organic and paid strategies
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to track, nurture, and report on leads and marketing-attributed revenue.
  • Monitor and improve funnel performance (MQL to SQL to opportunity), collaborating with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Analyze campaign performance, uncover actionable insights, and iterate rapidly to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, data compilation, list-building) to manage reporting and partner data
  • Write and edit engaging marketing content for key studies and vendors
  • Contribute to multimedia marketing (YouTube shows, LinkedIn Live, etc.) - while on-camera presence isn’t required, media-savvy professionalism is key

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, media, or market intelligence environments.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong background in email marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of KPIs such as CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills; graphic design capabilities are a plus.

Why Join?

This is a key position for our team and an exciting opportunity to step into a role with visibility and ownership. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals and be part of meaningful storytelling initiatives backed by major media outlets.
