Senior Project Manager (Online) - Market Research

General Overview:
The Project Manager roles are responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external clients.
The position demands close contact with the client, making sure the client is fully aware of project status, and that any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
The Project Manager, is furthermore responsible to maintain close contact with the head of team and department, judge on and provide sufficient level of information on project statuses and escalate as and when needed, while independently working on solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute projects to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining project budget.
• Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
• Ability to determine sample strategies
• Act as client liaison for questionnaire programming, translations and tabulations as needed
• Collaborate with sample sources (both domestic and global) to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline
• Develop an understanding of client’s business issues and the industries in which they operate

Educational / Technical
• 2 to 3 years experience in Market Research
• Required: Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/health care industry
• Required: Understanding of programming and panel hosting platforms
• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good ability to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Customer service driven
• Proficient in the development of different problem-solving strategies, their implementation and revision at various projects throughout the project life cycle.
• Excellent ability to provide clients with suggestions/solutions to various requests
• Good ability to follow standard operating procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements to increase process efficiency
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing and technically able to share knowledge and best practices
• Experienced in the management of external vendors in all project related aspects, such as technical set-up, issue management, project querying
• Comfortable in dealing with all levels of external clients
