8 Acre Perspective is a boutique, full-service marketing research consultancy supporting leading financial services brands in a wide range of areas such as brand positioning, product development, customer experience, and marketing communications. We employ a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies including, but not limited to, online/mobile surveys, focus groups, online discussion boards, and one-on-one interviews. 8 Acre Perspective is a recognized leader in financial services, working with brands such as eMoney, Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab, Chase Bank and Prudential, among many others.
What You Will Do
- Manage and contribute to a wide variety of marketing research projects, across sectors in the financial services industry
- Work directly with and learn from senior professionals
- Regularly interact with clients and have the opportunity to influence decisions at leading financial services firms
Job Responsibilities
- Project manage marketing research studies through all phases of execution (kick-off/setup, research design, field management, data analysis, reporting), ensuring timely delivery of high quality work at every step
- Assist senior leadership in designing strategic research studies that meet clients’ research and business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, e.g., sample providers, recruiters, programmers
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Work with senior leadership to create compelling, concise deliverables that enlighten clients and give them confidence to make important business decisions

- Proven project management skills and end-to-end understanding of the marketing research process
- Keen attention to detail with an ability to produce accurate, polished work
- Exceptional written communication abilities (polished and professional with accurate grammar, punctuation, syntax)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intellectually curious with a passion for learning
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player, yet independently driven
- Dedication to delivering an outstanding client experience
- Likes to have fun, but doesn’t shy away from heavy intellectual lifting
- Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Proven track record managing quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experienced in secondary online research
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
