Forsta Programming Analyst

Job Description:
- Survey Development: Build and launch complex, dynamic web and CATI surveys from scratch using the Forsta platform and its tools.
- Quality Assurance Conduct thorough testing and QA cycles to ensure flawless survey logic, design, and data capture.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and fix bugs, inconsistencies, and logic errors within surveys to maintain project quality and timing.
- Client Collaboration: Work with project managers and clients to understand requirements, suggest best practices, and ensure expectations align with deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to survey methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Data Management: Generate data exports (e.g., SPSS, Excel, CSV) and potentially set up real-time dashboards as needed in Forsta or Displayr.
Job Requirements:
- Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the Forsta platform (Confirmit specifically).
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant coding languages such as XML, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is often required or preferred. Displayr skills welcomed but not essential.
- Survey Design: A strong understanding of survey logic, advanced skips, piping, quotas, and respondent experience best practices. Experience of Conjoint and Max-Diff set ups.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to creatively tackle challenges during survey development and fielding.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for rigorous testing and ensuring data accuracy.
