As a Full Stack Engineer at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:
• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a front-end platform SaaS that will support new offerings, leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices.
• Drive the design and architecture, ensuring that solutions follow scalable architectural patterns working across the stack - backend, front-end and infrastructure.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring the security and scalability of applications.
• Work closely with our data science team to deploy AI solutions. 2
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovations within the organization.

• You will help recruit additional technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration with other teams and disciplines.
Desired skills and experience: To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related fields.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying B2B SaaS portals for a global audience, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed front end and back-end technology stacks.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon AWS
• Previous startup experience is a major plus.
