Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Global Qual + Quant Project Manager who will assist with executing FUEL’s global fieldwork including in-person, virtual and quantitative research. The candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, and be an effective communicator to all levels of management, vendors, and teams; the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have a high level of attention to detail will be critical.
The Role
· Liaise with global vendors to coordinate and conduct qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical, consumer and professional research.
· Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle including all aspects of managing clients, partners, healthcare professional sample, consumer and professional sample as needed.
· Work directly with various partners to set-up and test survey links and redirects, conduct quality/audit checks, and all other components of online quantitative research.
· Ensure all global vendors have the information and materials they need to execute projects effectively.
· Run daily checks on the status of assigned projects, together with the client, external supplier, ensuring that project timeline and quality parameters are strictly observed.
· Communicate status of projects and any potential challenges to our global clients and internal team.
· Troubleshoot fieldwork issues and recommend solutions to our global clients and internal team.
· Handle administrative tasks associated with projects, including monitoring financials and closing out projects.
· Serve as a knowledge resource and consultant for other team members and client teams on their projects.
· Help with other duties as assigned.

· Industry knowledge of qualitative and quantitative Market Research with knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Consumer and Professional industry.
· 2+ years of professional experience in qualitative and quantitative global field management with patients and physicians.
· Knowledge of Qualitative and Quantitative market research techniques.
· Knowledge of online Qualitative asynchronous and survey platforms.
· Excellent computer skills, including a great proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.
