We are on the lookout for a meticulous Junior Market Research Analyst to contribute to CEIR’s research projects.

Role and Responsibilities As a Junior Market Research Analyst, your duties will span a range of tasks, depending on the project needs:
- Participate in defining the scope of research initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Collect data on target audiences in the B2B exhibition industry and conduct primary and secondary market research.
- Help create, update survey instruments, discussion guides for qualitative research.
- Recruit, secure sample for projects.
- Program and deploy online surveys, monitor survey progress.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Visualize research results through best practices in charting, graphics, and infographics.
- Consolidate information and help compile actionable items, reports, fact sheets, dashboards and presentations.
- Stay informed on market research trends in the B2B exhibition industry and implement best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of proven Market Research experience.
- Experience in the business-to-business events or trade show industry is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in statistical packages (IBM/SPSS Statistics, Unicomm), MS Office, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in online survey programming (Verint)
- Experience with AI tools that enhance productivity in research and reporting processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Science discipline or a related field.
