Strengthening the business relationship between our key clients and Netquest is a key ingredient to develop Netquest in the USA. This is a new and pivotal role within our US Account Management Team that requires both an in-depth understanding of online operations processes and our main clients´ current structure and prospective business opportunities. You will plan strategically to increase sales and profits on a win-win scenario and long-term relationship, reporting to the Sales Director.

Mission and Essential Responsibilities

As the Key Account Manager you will be the face of Netquest for our main clients and you will be Netquest’s brand evangelizer, with a full understanding and belief in Netquest value proposition and culture.

Responsibilities:

- Pursuing excellence: You will enjoy going the extra mile and a fast-paced environment, providing day-to-day client support, related to survey and behavioral methodology. You will negotiate general terms of the relationship with some of our main clients (pricing grids, rebates, level of service), identifying risk factors and planning to overcome pitfalls before they occur.
- Being a humble explorer: As we believe in “wise ignorance”, you will be a driver for continuous improvement and proactively eliminate the negative feedback associated with inevitable failures or project issues.
- Keeping the quest: You will be the expert on our key clients´ business and know what they need before they do. You will enjoy creating and exploring new opportunities, pursuing further discussions and ensuring that our clients´ teams understand how Netquest can satisfy their needs. You will also promote client up-selling.
- Being a leader: You will embrace personal ownership of Netquest goals and proactively work to assist others within Netquest. You will guarantee/work towards/generate outstanding client satisfaction.

- Full-time job position based in Philadelphia center city. Availability to travel 25% of the time.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in market reserach industry and online operations.
- Able to interact with a multicultural team (Spanish a plus).
- Possessing excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on managing details.
- Proactive, with a strong passion for problem-solving, market research, and data analysis.
- Excellent communications skills and customer relationship management.
- Education: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on social sciences or marketing.
