We are a dynamic, growing, energetic market research firm seeking a proactive, goal driven mall intercept manager with a backbone for our office in Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, TX. This is a high paced, demanding, time sensitive position that requires you to be effective at communicating day to day operations to your staff, clients, our other locations, and the main office. We work hard, play hard!! The person we need will be someone who has flexible hours. You will be required to work Mondays, Friday and Saturdays. We also need someone who can 'run with things”, i.e. a person who can handle several things at once. information will be included. Responsibilities include:
• Hiring, training, and motivating staff to recruit and conduct surveys with mall shoppers
• Maintaining client satisfaction and communications
• Scheduling and payroll
• Editing and shipping field work
• Recruiting respondents from mall, as necessary.
You and your staff must be able to handle the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
This is a salary position and requires a 45 hour work week.
