A top tier growing Financial Service organization is looking to expand their insights and VOC team. Looking to hire a new Insights Manager to expand their VOC and CX platforms as well as their insights capabilities.
What you will do:
- Strong full cycle research project execution
- Leading the VOC, CX platforms
- Create strategic business implementations
- Consult with various areas of the business on how they interact with audiences and gather input to improve interaction points.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of market research experience
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Experience in CX or VOC research required
- Strong quantitative market research experience (survey design, data analysis, segmentation)
