What You Will Do
• Work directly with and learn from senior professionals
• Participate on a wide variety of projects, an ideal way to immerse yourself into all aspects of the market research profession and the financial services industry
• Regularly interact with clients and have the opportunity to influence decisions at leading financial services firms
• Operate on the edge of innovation, where new ideas are born and meaningful change created

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate research projects, including managing schedules and following-up with vendors and clients
• Assist in designing survey instruments that meet clients’ research and business objectives
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Support creation of compelling, concise deliverables that enlighten clients and give them confidence to make important business decisions
• Provide other project support as needed to manage and deliver custom research projects
• Participate in strategic initiatives to grow 8 Acre Perspective

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree
• Passionate about learning and growing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong team player, yet independently driven
• Dedication to delivering an outstanding client experience
• Likes to have fun, but doesn’t shy away from heavy intellectual lifting
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, secondary online research
• Familiarity with financial services a plus
