This is an excellent opportunity to work with some really smart, innovative, and fun brand experts who are passionate about what they do and passionate about working at Added Value! You will work closely with senior team members to design & analyze research solutions to unlock a diverse range of marketing & advertising business challenges. You will lead tracking projects and develop your brand thinking & strategy skills all while working with global clients cross a wide variety of sectors, including travel & leisure, FMCG, retail, finance and technology.
YOU WILL BE…
-Be the ‘go-to’ person for client updates, ad-hoc requests, etc.
-Analyze data, identify insights and draft topline trend reports
-Lead the thinking, scoping, analysis and delivery of projects with minimal oversight
-Present insights & solutions in a confident and compelling manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
Well versed in quantitative research (tracking, advertising, copy testing, segmentation, etc), analytical mindset with the ability to draft trend & insights reports, proven experience building strong trusted advisor relationships with clients and meticulously attentive to detail even with multiple tasking multiple priorities.
A compulsive deep diver: naturally nosy, with a love for going beyond the obvious and the mental agility to look for the best solutions from multiple perspectives. Develops insights to influence solutions.
Digitally savvy: Immersed in the rapidly changing world of communications and the impact of digital on the insights business, including the latest thinking in how brands are strategically using social media, multi-channel campaign analysis, new approaches to sampling and questionnaire design.
Creative communicator: An active listener who can communicate well both internally and externally one on one and in groups; and creatively develop and present insights verbally, visually, and digitally.
Superb organizer: always on top of the detail, proactive, forward-thinking with exceptionally good project and team management skills.
Brand fanatic: with a real passion for and understanding of the role brand’s play in people’s lives and the ability to translate this into action.
True team spirit: thrives on working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, inspiring others and keen to learn new skills from other disciplines to drive thinking further.
