Group RFZ is hiring a full-time Market Research Analyst to serve our growing client base. This person will report to the Director of Market Research and will be involved in all phases of the project workflow, including survey setup, fielding management, analysis preparation, and reporting. As Group RFZ continues to grow, this person will be key in building out our analytical team. This is a remote position open to applicants based in Colorado, Maryland, or New York.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project-related calls and communication with clients
- Write market research surveys based on client needs and briefs
- Coordinate with research partners and vendors to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
- QC, launch, and oversee market research studies
- Collate and review data results
- Create and analyze crosstabs and data summaries
- Assist in reporting, including drafting deliverables, creating data visualizations, and debriefing results to clients
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of market research experience working on survey data analysis, including weighting data and reporting on results
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related field
- High-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\
- Strong attention to detail
- Base-level digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with Meta marketing platforms
