Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in overseeing numerous primary research initiatives at different stages of their development, showcasing a strong capacity for multitasking.
  • Support every aspect of both quantitative and qualitative research processes, covering areas such as collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing external vendors, helping craft and develop questionnaires and discussion guides, overseeing fieldwork and recruitment efforts, analyzing data, and assisting with report generation. 
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout each phase of the research workflow, ensuring the integrity of survey programming, data table construction, participant re-screening procedures, and report accuracy.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, helping draft cogent data-backed “stories” with key data points

Skill & Qualifications:

  • A strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex research results into compelling stories.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, proficient in both written and verbal formats.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in questionnaire development, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting, and contributing to collective growth.
  • Agile and responsive to the demands of multiple projects, adept at working within stringent timelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with SPSS is advantageous.
  • 1 year of professional experience in marketing research, preferably on the supplier side.
  • A solid educational background in relevant fields such as business administration, market research, sociology, psychology, or anthropology. Academic and independent research projects are a plus.
