To support our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the coordination and execution of qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects, from assisting with research design and data collection, through analysis and reporting. This position is located in Charleston, SC. It has tremendous potential for growth and includes a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the project lifecycles of global qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
- Collaborate and support the research team to design screeners, surveys, and discussion guides to meet clients’ business and research objectives.
- Coordinate logistics with global research partners, anticipating the requests of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process, analyze, and summarize qualitative and quantitative market research data.
- Support Acuity’s quality control processes for all research documents and deliverables.
Job Requirements

A Market Research Associate must:
- Be exceptionally organized, have a high level of attention to detail, and work with tight timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enjoy a mix of autonomy and teamwork on a daily basis.
- Be independent, flexible, proactive, and a solution-focused team member.
- Have exceptional oral and written communication/presentation skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Prior experience in market research and/or data analysis is strongly preferred.
