Helping refine internal workflows and processes as the program grows.
-
Collaborating with research, product, operations, and engineering teams on program or individual survey needs.
Your role may gradually expand to include more hands-on research or analysis, program management, or strategic initiatives depending on your interests and Baymard’s needs.

-
Troubleshooting logic errors, redirect mismatches, or sampling issues.
-
Preparing final datasets and coordinating handoffs with researchers.
The remaining 20% of your time may involve internal discussions, documentation, improvements to processes or workflows, or assisting with new initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who:
-
Enjoys the technical and operational side of quantitative research.

Comfort with survey logic, respondent quotas, URL parameters, and custom scripting.
-
Experience working with sample providers, including setting up panel links, redirects, or API integrations.
-
Ability to monitor and independently diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the field.
