Zeldis is looking for a business professional with call center or qualitative recruiting experience with B2B audiences to support our qualitative operations.

Description of Position:

The Qualitative Recruiter at Zeldis Research Associates is a critical supporting role within the organization working under the direction of the Field Operations Project Directors. This position requires strong communication skills and an ability to connect with a variety of audiences over the phone to identify qualified participants for research projects. This position requires extensive outbound phone calling; however, no selling is involved.

Summary of Position:

  • Using existing lists, identify, connect with, and secure cooperation from participants for qualitative research using phone calls
  • Accurately screen participants according to the project specifications using a screener, or recruiting script
  • Capture and track responses to qualitative screeners
  • Manage and protect respondent personal identifiable information (PII) and/or personal health information (PHI) in accordance with Zeldis' data security policies
  • Monitor progress for ongoing recruits and provide regular reporting/updates on recruiting progress to the Field Operations project directors
  • Alert the Field Operations project directors to any unforeseen challenges with the recruit that could jeopardize meeting the project timeline
  • Address participant questions and provide login instructions when necessary
  • Coordinate materials for participant homework assignments, if applicable
  • Send and collect nondisclosure agreements from respondents when needed
  • Complete reminder calls to recruits to increase show rates for the research
  • Follow-up with no-shows as needed
  • Help onboard qualitative research participants into Zoom focus group meetings as needed
  • Minimum of 3 years market research recruiting and/or call center outbound calling experience required
  • Personable and outgoing demeanor - a "people person" who is comfortable and able to connect with strangers over the phone
  • Professional manner and the ability to be consistently polite and calm under any circumstances
  • Must speak English fluently and be able to communicate over the phone in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong organization abilities

  • Able to be coached and take direction from supervisors and project directors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Success in multi-tasking, working on multiple studies in a fast paced enrivonement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Base abilities or better in MSOffice products (particularly Excel)
  • Comfort with Zoom and ability to guide others on its use
  • Mut have a reliable High Speed internet connection (computer and phone will be provided)
  • Must have a dedicated work space that is quiet and allows the ability to work without interruptions

Title and salary commensurate with experience and expertise; salary range $40,000-$45,000. Benefits include medical and dental (100% employer-paid for employee; 70% employer-paid for family), 401(k), flexible work environment, and generous company holiday and vacation policies.
