Have you ever been unhappy with the service you received in a store, restaurant, hotel, etc.? Have you ever thought that there must be something you can do to improve the customer service in your town?

You can! Become a Helion Mystery Shopper and work with us towards our common goal - to provide real time data regarding the customer service, quality of consultations and competitiveness of businesses worldwide!

As a Mystery Shopper you will evaluate all sorts of services including, shops, restaurants, car showrooms, the list goes on. You will be set a scenario to follow for each evaluation and then you will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire. You do not have to be engaged with mystery shopping 24/7!

You can only select the jobs you can complete in a convenient area and at a convenient time. You are free to choose the fields of service and types of mystery shopping evaluations, which fit you interests. You will be paid for each evaluation you complete at the fixed fee that you accept before you complete it. You will be paid monthly for the shops you complete by either Moneybookers or PayPal. If you are asked to make a purchase by Helion, this will be reimbursed at the cost agreed before.

The amount of evaluations you can complete each month depends on the following:

-How often you apply for shops in your area.
-How many projects and evaluations are open in your area.
-The amount of competition you have with other Helion Mystery Shoppers in your area.
-The quality of your finished evaluations.
-The amount of shops that you fit the required profile in your area.

Mystery Shopping is not a full-time employment but a great way to earn some extra income.

You do not need to have experience to become a Mystery Shopper. Helion provides full in-depth trainings and provides detailed instructions with every evaluation.
