Office Manager - Market Research

CRG Global/ Test America  | Alpharetta, GA, US

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-driven individual to manage our office located in the North Point Mall in Alpharetta, GA. Position is full time including evenings and weekends. Hours are typically 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with Wednesday and Sunday off. Office is a fast-paced, high pressure environment to meet project deadlines. Communication & organizational skills are vital to work with diverse personalities within the corporation and provide professional interaction with clients as necessary. Market research/marketing background a plus.
Manage staffing situations (hiring, scheduling, payroll submission) in conjunction with Regional Manager

• Manage multiple market research projects simultaneously

• Maintain flexibility when faced with changing priorities

• Provide accurate reports and updates to our clients and project managers

• Effectively manage the staff to ensure production levels that are needed to meet our clients' goals

• Manage and train the staff to ensure quality data and valid work to our clients

• Cultivate & maintain a reliable respondent database

• Adhere to all corporate expectations

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, E-mail

•Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish and communicate and give updates on the progress of each project

•Ability to perform simple mathematic equations

•Ability to use simple office machines such as calculator, fax machine, scanner, copier, etc

•High energy, motivated, and team oriented

•Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time

•Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. periodically
