About the role

This is a remote position and does not require in-office hours and no travel is required.

Job Type: Ad-hoc/part-time

You are a person with 3+ years’ experience within market research (within custom research design a plus) and a strong understanding of survey programming and online data collection. It is a plus if you have experience working in a remote environment that is fast paced, and with handling short turn-around times.

You are highly detail oriented and excel in a remote environment. You aren't afraid to speak up if something goes wrong and are committed to continuous improvement of your skills.

Who You Are & What You’ve Done 

• Recent BA/BS with a strong academic record and analytical background preferred.
• Forsta (formerly ConfirmIT) Survey Platform familiarity/experience: at least three years preferred.
• Experience with programming languages and/or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl) required.
• Experience using image/video editing software preferred.
• Proficiency with SPSS a plus.
• Proficiency within MS Office; particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Experience with business-related software such as Sawtooth or Wincross is also a plus.
• One year of supplier-side market research experience preferred, but willing to train. 
• High attention to detail, willing to get in the weeds to ensure accuracy
• Experience with various market research methodologies. 
• Understanding of effective survey design and the ability to create questionnaires to meet varying research needs a benefit.
