We have a flexible working environment and if there's something that's important to you – be it a day you need to pick the kids up, or a specific charity you want to support – let's talk!

Authenticity is one of our core values, and at Blue Yonder we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic team with equal opportunities. We want to attract, develop, and promote the very best people from all walks of life, so we actively encourage applications from a range of socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, as well as others who are underrepresented in our sector, such as disabled or neurodiverse applicants.

Should you be successful in the recruitment process, if you require any reasonable adjustments to be made to accommodate your interview, let us know in confidence.

Blue Yonder was founded over 25 years ago by Jonathan Million, Chief Innovation Officer and lifelong entrepreneur. Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do, with 10% of net profits historically invested in developing new insight technologies and methodologies to meet evolving client needs, including our patented research tech button, Clickscape®.

Today, Blue Yonder is part of Curion, a global leader in product and sensory research. Being part of Curion enables us to combine Blue Yonder's cultural insight and mixed-method expertise with Curion's global reach, advanced testing capabilities, and deep consumer science knowledge, offering clients broader solutions while retaining the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit we're known for.

People are at the heart of Blue Yonder. We value authenticity, partnership, entrepreneurship and positivity, and these values shape how we work with both colleagues and clients. Our culture is supportive, collaborative and learning-focused, something reflected in our team survey, where 100% agreed their line manager cares about their development.

We've grown significantly in recent years and were shortlisted for Agency of the Year at the Market Research Society Awards in 2024, after winning Breakthrough Agency of the Year in 2020. With our HQ in Leeds and clients around the world, we're continuing to grow, innovate and look for great people to join our team.
