Reports to: CEO

Research Solutions: custom, primary, quantitative and qualitative market research

Research Services: Responsible for overseeing the team of Researchers, Client Services, Sales, Account Managers and Marketing

Commercial: Responsible for expanding brand visibility and reach, driving growth, and scaling the business across the Canadian region

Current Revenue (Canada): $10M

Direct Reports: 5 

Indirect Reports: 30

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

SUPPLIER-SIDE: Executive with approx. 20 yrs of supplier-side custom, primary, quant, qual, market research experience 

Leadership: Experience managing high-performing teams of market researchers, sales, client services and account managers - providing mentorship, leadership, and career development.

Growth Strategy: Experienced in building and executing innovative growth strategies that increase market reach, boost revenue, and support long-term business expansion.

Bigger deals: Proven track record of accelerating sales performance through strategic business development, with a focus on securing 7-figure deals and winning high-value, competitive RFPs.

New Business: Proven success in driving new businessby identifying high-potential opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting leads into long-term, high-value clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

__ Location: Toronto (no exceptions)

__ Approx 20 yrs ofsupplier-side custom, primary, market research experience 

__ Must have a proven, successful history of direct accountability for driving significant revenue growth from $10M to $20M and beyond.

__ Experience leading teams of 30 or more (researchers, client services and sales)

__ P&L Management experience
