Sommer Consulting is seeking a Project Fielding Coordinator to join our Healthcare Market Research Fielding Team. As a Sommer Consulting Project Fielding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the managing of the recruitment of focus groups and IDIs for research studies. This position will serve as liaison between recruitment partners and our project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of research projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews and logistics aligning with research project timelines

Ensure potential respondents qualify and meet study objectives

Build and manage relationships with vendors and partners

Manage quotas and monitor fielding progress

Provide detailed recruiting reports to project teams regularly

Troubleshoot issues and communicate progress in a timely manner

Assure successful execution of fieldwork

Assist or lead recruiting projects

Stay up to date with recruitment trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the health insights recruitment market
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in recruitment in the insights/market research industry

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred

Some industry knowledge and the skills required for recruitment success in this field

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Ability to provide expertise on various data collection methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm to learn & implement new methodologies

The ability to work remotely, independently and in a team environment

Organized, efficient, and proactive with a keen sense of urgency

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment and work collaboratively across the organization
The salary range for this position is $55,000 up to $65,000. The position is 100% remote, but will be based in the U.S. As a result, you must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Company business is generally conducted in Eastern Standard Time.
