Sommer Consulting is seeking a Project Fielding Coordinator or Senior Fielding Coordinator to join our Healthcare Market Research Team. As a Sommer Consulting Fielding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the managing of the recruitment of individual interviews and focus groups for research studies. This position will serve as a liaison between recruitment partners and our project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of research projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach the target respondents 

• Evaluate screeners and provide recommendations to ensure effective identification of qualified respondents and alignment with project requirements 

• Coordinate interviews and logistics in alignment with research project timelines and objectives 

• Monitor complex recruitment quotas and proactively communicate fieldwork progress, potential challenges, and recruitment requirements to relevant stakeholders 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of recruitment activities and successful delivery of research projects 

• Establish and manage professional relationships with vendors and partners 

• Maintain accurate recruitment records in accordance with company policies, and applicable research, privacy, and data-protection standards 

• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the health insights recruitment market 

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred 

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment in the insights/market research industry is highly preferable, but not required 

• Some industry knowledge and the skills required for recruitment success in this field 

• Highly organized, efficient, and proactive with a strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency 

• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technologies, software, and recruitment platforms 

• Highly adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 

• Enthusiasm to learn and implement new methodologies 

• The ability to work remotely, independently and in a team environment
