We’re looking for a USA-Based Project Manager who’s:

✔️ Extremely tech-savvy – you know your way around digital tools, social media, and emerging online platforms.

✔️ A creative thinker – you see opportunities where others see obstacles.

 ✔️ Socially fluent – you understand how different online communities function and how to engage with them authentically.

✔️ A client service rockstar – you go above and beyond to surprise and delight clients, ensuring they love working with us.

✔️ Detail-obsessed – you keep projects running smoothly, anticipating issues before they arise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Managing market research projects from kickoff to delivery- coordinating and launching recruitment, timelines, and communication.

🔹 Leveraging social media and online platforms to source high-quality research participants.

🔹 Using video screening tools to ensure respondents are articulate, engaged, and a great fit for each study.

🔹 Working closely with clients, providing white-glove service and ensuring exceptional project execution.

🔹 Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative approaches to recruitment and research.

🔹Actively and regularly engaging in industry conversations on LinkedIN to promote our services

What You Bring to the Table:

✔️ 3-5 years of project management experience in market research, recruitment, or a related field.

✔️ Above average Proficiency with social media, digital marketing, and online recruitment tools.

✔️ A passion for finding the right people- whether through social platforms, influencer outreach, or creative networking.

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills- keeping teams and clients aligned.

✔️ A proactive, problem-solving mindset- you see challenges as opportunities to innovate.
