We are excited to have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of qualitative and quantitative research projects. You will plan and implement projects from setup through final delivery, ensuring all project requirements, milestones, and resources are proactively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Manage multiple qualitative and quantitative studies (F2F and virtual) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Lead project kickoff briefings, review materials, manage data collection, and oversee screener/questionnaire design and reporting.

  • Operational & Financial Oversight: Maintain project scope, budgets, and timelines. Track expenses, reconcile revenue, and process vendor/client invoices.

  • Client & Team Communication: Establish, maintain and generate strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates. Coordinate internally across departments, including Senior Principals, Programming, Operations, and Testing Centers to ensure project goals are met. 

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor data collection, interview quality, and survey tool effectiveness. Review data to ensure accuracy prior to final delivery.

Requirements

  • Organization: Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; maintains professional etiquette in all client and internal interactions.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong logical and creative thinking; capable of foreseeing and addressing project risks before they arise.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the Google Suite

  • Work Style: Detail-oriented self-motivator who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel (5-10%) for corporate meetings and client visits.
