We are seeking a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be energized by the opportunity to drive Qessential’s continued growth.
This Project Manager will be a key player in meeting our clients’ needs and ensuring that Qessential maintains its high standards for sophisticated market research and superior service.
In this role, the Project Manager will be part of a team, but will manage entire qualitative and quantitative research studies by collaborating with internal and client-side team members. Every day the Project Manager will maintain regular communications with clients, understand client needs, help design appropriate research instruments to meet clients’ goals, manage clients’ expectations, and oversee project budgets and deliverables.
Hands-on market research consulting experience is required. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated communication skills and an ability to balance a complex workload. Exposure to the medical field would be a plus but is not required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with concentration in marketing, psychology, or decision sciences preferred.
3+ years of market research experience in a consultancy or agency is required. Project management is also preferred.
