**This position is remote within the United States only**
The Market Research Coordinator is a dynamic and personable role as the primary point of contact for KJT respondents, ensuring a positive experience while also supporting internal sampling logistics behind the scenes for smooth execution of research projects.
This role involves coordinating respondent tasks and administrative duties related to internal sampling for various research studies. Additionally, the Market Research Coordinator supports the Recruiting Manager in panel maintenance and panel initiatives aimed at fostering growth and health of the panel. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Project Support
• Scheduling, canceling, and confirming respondents for direct research engagements
• Phone screening respondents for research projects
• Phone ‘nudging’ unresponsive sample
• Light respondent recruiting for direct research studies
• Oversee helpdesk inquiries, tracking and resolutions
• Processing non-automated respondent incentives to policy
• Social media outreach for recruiting to projects
• Internal project invoicing
• Project overflow support (internal sampling); project setup, sample pulling, testing, monitoring and releasing, closing out to process
• Project performance tracking inputs
Research Operations Support
• Re-engaging stale community members, maintaining respondent profiles within database
• Respondent reprofiling initiatives
• Respondent validations and investigations
• Light data entry initiatives within research operations
• Assist in panel and recruitment tasks, as needed
• Supply tasks for evening support team
• Other projects and duties as assigned
Information Security Management
• The person in this role is responsible for being at all times compliant with the KJT Group Information Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within KJT Group.

Education/Experience:
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• 2+ years of Market Research experience
• Experience in recruiting and working with respondents is preferred.
• Ideal professional experience is in market research healthcare sector
Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic technology capabilities and skills
