Opinions Ltd. is seeking a full-time quantitative research analyst to join our research team. The primary role of the Research analyst will be to support in the preparation of consumer research reports using both traditional and reporting platforms. This role requires an understanding of how to analyze quantitative research results, attention to details and ability to translate results into a clear, concise written narrative.

The research analyst will report to the VP Research & Strategy and work with researchers comprised of project managers, data services and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare reports from data tables or using reporting platform, including a concise written analysis that describes detailed findings, summary findings and next steps recommendations.

• Review, quality check and edit research reports written by others
• Use coding tool to create report-ready tables
• Develop reporting templates for different research methods
• Support team with other research documents as needed (screeners, questionnaires, test instructions, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree; business, marketing, social sciences preferred
• 1-3 years of consumer market research experience, some data analysis/report preparation experience preferred
• Strong writing skills with ability to clearly convey quantitative results
• Ability to translate research data into findings and recommendations that inform business decisions
• Completion of at least entry level statistics and/or familiarity with statistics used in market research  

·         Solid experience with PPT and excel

• Experience with using data analysis and/or reporting platforms (such as eTabs, Displayr, Qualtrics, Quantilope, Suzy) preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to numeric and written detail, strong quality orientation

·         Responsible, resourceful, flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed

• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and professional growth
