Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide administrative support for the development and submission of grant applications
✔ Coordinate and monitor grant activities, ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines
✔ Assist in developing operating budgets and budget justifications
✔ Maintain and enter grant proposal and award information into databases
✔ Assist with surveys and statistical analyses for grant activities
✔ Offer skilled support in the absence of key research administration staff
Requirements: ✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ 3+ years of grants or contracts experience with public and private funding sources ✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software ✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
