Luth Research is seeking an Account Executive, Sales to drive our sales and participate in supporting growth of the business. The successful candidate will utilize best in class sales strategies including impactful sales communications and consultative “Challenger Sale” methods to attract new clients and build solid relationships by providing insights for their success while maintaining and servicing existing connections.  Other duties will include identifying new business opportunities, developing business strategies such as impactful sales emails and pitches, managing, and updating the prospect and client database, and supporting the Account team with proposal generation. You will work with various departments and report to the SVP, Sales.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products.

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential leads and ensure ongoing relationships with these clients.
• Participate in sales and marketing efforts focusing on new products and developments within Luth to reach our sales and client goals.
• Research, identify, and sell to prospects using sales engagement platforms, industry publications, related materials, and LinkedIn.
• Practice strong interpersonal outgoing habits and skills to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Be a champion for the company's vision and mission and accomplish set company goals and objectives.

Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Based in the U.S.
• Prior market research and sales experience highly preferred
• Existing book of business a plus
