As the marketing research space continues to become more automated, there is a need for subject matter experts, particularly in the sampling space. This position will be responsible for procurement and all aspects of field management

The ideal candidate will:

• Be experienced and proficient in panel platforms with at least 5 years of experience in the market research industry. Work in the sample space is a plus
• Work collaboratively as part of a very cohesive team
• Be able to handle multiple projects and occasional high-intensity deadlines
• The candidate will join our account-based team of project managers and be responsible for both (a) the technical aspects of online market research execution as well as (b) assisting with process automation and improvement.
• The position will work closely with all other account team members. The key day-to-day activities are: bidding and creating proposals, project communication/coordination, researching new panels to work with.

This is a high-touch position which would ideally be filled on-site in our Fitchburg MA location. We will consider experienced US-based remote candidates.
