SENIOR ANALYST / ANALYSIS DIRECTOR

As the Sr. Analyst / Analysis Director of Client Engagement/Strategy, you will focus on deliverables and account management in our custom quantitative research practice. This position will report to the EVP of Client Engagement/Strategy. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Analyzing data from crosstabs
• Developing client deliverables that address study objectives
• Helping to define a story/narrative that communicates the results clearly and concisely, leveraging insights from quantitative & qualitative research
• Designing .ppt and Google Slides presentations with attractive and modern visualizations
• Creating charts/graphs that represent the data accurately and intuitively
• QC’ing data and reports
• Writing headlines (findings/implications) and executive summaries based on the data and our knowledge of the client's objectives
• Helping to build a banner plan
• Working with our DP or Mtk Sci teams when there is an error or something needs to be double-checked
• Creating conceptual frameworks or other visual elements to help with communication, interpretation, and understanding
• Assisting in the development and production of proposals
• Collaborating and coordinating with various team members on all aspects of the research and reporting processes
• Working directly with clients through the duration of a project, including logistics, process, and day-to-day communication

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:  

• This position specifies the following qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience analyzing data and writing reports for market research projects
• Strong .ppt, .xls, and Google Suite skills

Solid understanding of market research fundamentals:

• •   Question wording and questionnaire design
  •  Sampling methodology (sample size, composition, weighting, etc.)
  •  Significance testing
• Ability to analyze large quantities of data and extract meaningful business insights
• Ability to distill complex data analysis into compelling data visualizations
• Strong writing skills (correspondence, proposals, report narrative, etc.)
• Decks must be clean, to the point, and must elevate findings to a strategic level
• Good management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
