We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Consumer Insights who loves to explore trends, reveal the consumer “why,” and spark creative solutions. This role will report into the Director, Consumer Insights, and work most closely with the Sr. Manager, Children’s Insights.

We’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 yearsof consumer insights analyst experience in a business or agency setting
- Strong aptitude in learning new tools and methodologies
- Experience creating PowerPoint reporting for business lead stakeholders; proficient in Excel (ex: crosstab analysis)
- Persuasive communication and writing skills
- Strong interest in children’s media
- Experience in trends analysis and/or synthesizing trends insights alongside quantitative insights
- Interest in reading and book publishing (NOTE: no prior publishing experience required)
- Pluses:

- Social media platform and listening analysis
- Q or related research software experience
- Children’s media experience in a research or content role
- WordPress experience, content/project management

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $79,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
