We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Seattle team! The Senior Analyst on our Project team is responsible for the day-to-day project management, with an eye toward anticipating needs and next steps. As a Senior Analyst your focus will be on project management, data analysis, and report creation. At this stage, client contact is primarily related to project logistics.

What You’ll Do:

Support quantitative and qualitative projects from initial meetings through report delivery

Create timelines and manage towards them

Develop initial draft of questionnaires, discussion guides, screeners, homework assignments, etc. with direction from Director

Analyze data to surface insights that start to tell the story

Draft reports, with direction from the Director

Manage vendors (monitor in field, check qual grids)

Proactively communicate with team members and client to ensure timely progress and alignment throughout the project

Coordinate effectively with the Advanced Analytics, Qualitative Operations, and Design teams

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree

2– 4 years’ experience

A full understanding of the quantitative and qualitative research process

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Well-developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring that client’s questions and concerns are answered with urgency, and internal partners are kept in the loop.

Strong project management skills. We want to see strong initiative to keep projects moving and someone who can anticipate and communicate next steps.

Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills. Can create successful charts in PowerPoint from scratch.

You are familiar with/understand advanced survey methodologies (discrete choice, drivers’ analysis

A collaborative and curious mindset. We want to work with people who are eager to share their perspectives and who seek out thought partnership from others.
