Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:
Joining Savanta as a Senior Data Analyst presents a unique opportunity to take ownership of medium complexity projects with responsibility for delivery of research data from diverse projects and clients. You’ll directly participate in the production and proofing of data deliverables.
You will work alongside Survey Programmers and the wider Operations function with responsibility for the fast and accurate turnaround of high-quality data delivery.
Key Responsibilities include:
- processing, analyzing, and delivering high-quality research data
- re-coding and weighting data, running cross-tabs
- creating charts and proofing deliverables
- managing multiple projects and ensuring quality control
- advising clients
- using bespoke technology for data visualization
About You:
With exposure to all core functions across a fast paced, growing business, this role is ideally suited to someone with a good knowledge of the market research operations looking to expand their knowledge and skill set to advance their career at pace.
A successful applicant should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant and comparable experience working with data
- Knowledge of survey design, data modelling and analysis, production of visuals and presentations
- Proven ability to prioritize with a track record of meeting deadlines and working to time constraints
- Advanced English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing business
- Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical problem-solving mindset
- Experience of using a statistical package such as SPSS and/or Q Pro (advantageous)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with VBA macro writing (advantageous)
