Senior Project Manager

Principle job responsibilities

Oversee a variety of activities related to survey research, including questionnaire review and consultation related to programming and fielding; data collection; and sampling
Direct data collection, quality control, project performance analysis, and cost accounting
Review internal/client reports to monitor progress of data collection
Troubleshoot issues that emerge to determine course of action and goals are met
Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions
Train and mentor junior staff
Manage client relationship/ongoing communications

Job Requirements

5+ years’ experience in primary survey research project management or related
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Ability to learn new tasks, technology, and process quickly
Ability to problem solve/critical thinking
Ability to multitask and work independently with tight deadlines
Ability to lead and direct project scheduling and cost accounting
Professional written and verbal communication skills
