Spanish Project Manager (Multilingual)

The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with an boutique, international, healthcare, fieldwork research agency. They have a lovely relaxed non-corporate work environment that mix cutting edge technology with smart, consultative fieldwork.  

They are looking for a Spanish multilingual Project Manager who can also speak French, German or Italian who has experience within Healthcare who wants to join their exciting, young and fast growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple healthcare market research qualitative and quantitative projects for the whole project lifecycle, with a strong focus on customer service and solution driven project management
• Working closely with the team to ensure recruitment, scheduling and updates are all coordinated on time
• Managing budgets and responsibility of managing more junior project managers
• Responsible for managing external vendors / 3rd parties for projects
• Responsible for registering, screening, scheduling and managing patients for certain studies
• Responsible for the set-up of Quantitative projects

Requirements:

• Must be C1 in Spanish and either C1 in French, German or Italian
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing market research fieldwork projects
• Proven Healthcare fieldwork experience in qualitative and quantitative project experience
• Ability to multi task across a number of healthcare market research projects, all at different stages of the project lifecycle
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Understands industry standards and best practice (with some experience dealing with Adverse Events and Data Protection)
• Organised, detailed, calm under pressure and willing to get stuck in
• Analytical and strong IT skills expected (Excel, Word)
