Sr. Analyst, Survey Data Visualization

Salary: $70,000–$90,000

The Sr. Analyst, Survey Data Visualization role supports the delivery of one of our client's most impactful solutions, which allows their clients to access insights faster, improves their decision-making, and drives significant value. In this role, you'll lead the processing of data into our cloud-based analysis tools, and support clients as they use our tools to generate their analysis and build reports.

Primary Objectives:

  • Ensure seamless project execution through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Process data into cloud-based tools for client analysis.
  • Guide client onboarding, training, and support to foster tool adoption and satisfaction.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Work with a wide range of clients of all skill levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for our clients.
  • Review client questionnaires and evaluate the survey questions to be able to determine the most appropriate way to process the data so that it aligns with the client’s research objectives.
  • Translate research objectives and process the survey data into our online analysis & visualization tool, making it easy for clients to build their analysis and reports.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients as they learn and use our tools.
  • Build dashboards for clients that highlight key metrics and make it easy for stakeholders to digest the results and share with others.
  • Meet project objectives by delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to the optimization of our products and services through ongoing learning and applying new techniques.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Five or more (5+) years of experience with quantitative market research surveys, with a strong emphasis on data processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.
  • Skilled in translating client’s research questions into data tables, charts, and dashboard visualizations that make it quick and easy to share results.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of meeting client objectives.
  • A collaborative team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and positively impact team culture.
  • Proven ability to work closely with a diverse range of clients and coordinate seamlessly with remote internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in both individual and group settings.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable and eager to learn, with a proactive stance on adopting new ideas, applying innovative techniques, and adjusting to changing project demands.
  • Active involvement in product, service, and operational development and optimization, aiming for continuous innovation and efficiency.
  • Commitment to providing ongoing support to clients using our tools, through trainings, workshops, and email follow-ups.

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience using Forsta Visualization (Dapresy).
  • Familiarity with a range of survey data analysis tools, such as SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO, etc.
  • Knowledge of Survey Programming platforms like Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy, etc.
  • Some understanding of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.
