Structural Steel- Estimating/ Sales Manager

*Manage all aspects estimation for structural steel detailing our connection design.
*Contact steel fabricators and engineering companies, share capabilities to the potential clients and understand their needs and develop a relationship with them.
*Provide estimates to the fabricators, follow up, negotiate and win the projects.
*Work with project manager's other professional to insure the high quality deliverable to the client.
*Build strong on going relationship with the clients.
*Have at least 15 years of detailing and connection design business.
*Have at least 10 years experience doing estimates for steel detailing and possibly connection design.
*An associate degree in engineering/ detailing is a must. A degree in engineering is preferred .
*Have experience working with large organization and/are manage group of staff.
*Have good communication skills ability to talk to the clients and secure a win business from them.
*Good interpersonal skills and experience in working as part of a team.
*Require 15%-20% travel to visit clients/business
