Technical Analyst

We are seeking a college graduate interested in technology and research with the drive to develop outstanding technical skills. This role is based in Cincinnati but you would become part of our Technology Solutions global team joining consultants in the UK, Australia and China.

You will receive your own development plan to kick-start your career with us and put you on the right path towards senior technical or leadership roles. In fact, at present, we have 70% of our senior consultants and over 50% of our senior managers who started in our graduate program.

With a structured training program and mentor, we will have you working on live employee research projects – producing and managing online surveys, producing online reporting tools and off-line summary data reports. We will provide full training in our survey software and reporting components and, along the way, you will become experienced in SQL Server, SSRS, HTML and CSS. You will be able to manage your own projects which will include contact with researchers and external clients.

-Bachelors Degree in a numerate subject or computer science
-Ability to understand and interpret data
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-An analytical approach and problem solving abilities
-Proven ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
