We pay competitive salary commensurate with experience
· Provide strategic direction and management for complex client projects through all phases, including project scoping, proposal development, research design and execution, vendor management, analysis, report writing, and presentations
· Develop research proposals based on an understanding of business and research objectives, as well as industry context
· Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative data to create compelling, story-driven reports
· Ensure projects meet/exceed clients’ expectations, while remaining on time and within budget
· Moderate remote in-depth interviews and online discussion boards
· Build strong client relationships: learn clients’ business, facilitate client meetings/presentations, maintain meaningful communication, build rapport with senior leaders
· Participate in strategic initiatives to grow 8 Acre Perspective
· Mentor junior staff
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· 15+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree and 10+ years of experience
· Experience in financial services
· Proven track record using quantitative and qualitative research methods
· Experience managing third-party research providers (online panels, qualitative interview platforms, etc.)
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, secondary online research
