RONIN International conducts over 500 international and multi-country market research projects annually, exclusively focused on delivering high-quality international market research data collection. For over 25 years we have specialised in recruiting professionals from even the most niche and hard-to-reach B2B audiences, ensuring you get the actionable insights you need. In 2024, we operated across more than 85 markets and in over 40 languages, providing CATI, recruitment and online services throughout North America, Europe, Central and South America, MEA and Asia.
Our Expertise
Approximately 80% of our projects target B2B audiences, opinion formers and health care professionals, with the remaining 20% focused on consumers. Our portfolio includes roughly 70% quantitative research and 30% qualitative research. Methodology-wise, our work is evenly split between CATI (phone), online surveys and digital recruitment to online or CATI. Our Team
RONIN employs 65 full time and over 50 digital and desk researchers responsible for survey setup, programming, translation, sampling, data delivery, moderation, project management, desk research, digital engagement and incentive administration. Our CATI operations include a 125-seat centre operated by 300 team members located in the U.K. and Germany.

Over the last few years' we have expanded our project management and recruitment reach across our new offices in USA, Germany, Portugal, Hong Kong and The Philippines, strengthening our global market research services.
