- Our WebMD patient and caregiver panel is built from this highly engaged group of WebMD visitors. Patients and caregivers know that they can trust WebMD because our content is credible, comprehensive and current. We are recruiting our panel from our pool of engaged WebMD site visitors. The panelists are limited to the WebMD visitors who have opted in to participate in market research studies. WebMD panelists are profiled on over 450 different conditions and ailments. We are also collecting their age, gender, home zip code, race and ethnicity. The profile information that changes over time, will be updated every six months. Any profile information that is not considered PII, can be appended to the data set. We collect all profiling information directly through our own online profile screener.
